Tous deux ont cru ce qu’on leur disait, se sont positionnés dans ce conflit imaginaire, et ont voulu avec courage y prendre leur place. Pour Jean-Claude Paye, ce n’est pas tant le tueur de masse post-moderne qui est malade, c’est la société qui a validé la rhétorique néoconservatrice à travers les guerres impériales et les lois sécuritaires qui doit d’abord retrouver la raison.
