">Sans aucun doute, Jean Castex est un brillant haut fonctionnaire. Mais cela n’en fait pas l’homme de la situation pour devenir Premier ministre de la France. Il n’a pas réfléchi à la manière de restaurer le pacte social face à la globalisation financière et se satisfait de mesures pour acheter la paix sociale à court terme. Dès sa nomination, il a montré qu’il ne voulait pas réformer la classe politique, qu’il se contentait de lutter contre la pandémie en faisant comme les autres, et qu’il soutenait le projet maastrichien conçu durant la Guerre froide.
