<br />Αμέσως δημιουργήθηκε η εντύπωση ότι η περίπτωση του Μουσά Αλερίκ είναι «ιδανική», για να την χειριστεί η Ελλάδα στη βάση της αμοιβαιότητας και να εξασφαλίσει την απελευθέρωση των δυο Ελλήνων στρατιωτικών που συνελλήφθησαν την Πέμπτη, 1 Μαρτίου, επειδή εισήλθαν εκ παραδρομής στο τουρκικό έδαφος.
