Ils y ont été acheminés sous la responsabilité de la Syrie et de la Russie et en présence de représentants de l’Onu.</p><p>Certains d’entre eux ont tenté de fuir en se mêlant à la population civile. Les services de Renseignement sont parvenus à en identifier et à en arrêter plus de 1 500 lors de l’enregistrement des 120 000 habitants.</p><p>Le député et président de la Chambre de commerce d’Alep, Farès Shehabi, a publié une première liste non-exhaustive de 14 officiers étrangers faits prisonniers dans le bunker de l’Otan. Il s’agit de :</p><p>Mutaz Kanoğlu — Turquie<br />David Scott Winer — États-Unis<br />David Shlomo Aram — Israël<br />Muhamad Tamimi — Qatar<br />Muhamad Ahmad Assabian — Arabie saoudite<br />Abd-el-Menham Fahd al Harij — Arabie saoudite<br />Islam Salam Ezzahran Al Hajlan — Arabie saoudite<br />Ahmed Ben Naoufel Al Darij — Arabie saoudite<br />Muhamad Hassan Al Sabihi — Arabie saoudite<br />Hamad Fahad Al Dousri — Arabie saoudite<br />Amjad Qassem Al Tiraoui — Jordanie<br />Qassem Saad Al Shamry — Arabie saoudite<br />Ayman Qassem Al Thahalbi — Arabie saoudite<br />Mohamed Ech-Chafihi El Idrissi — Maroc</p><p>Cette liste ne comporte les noms que des officiers ayant décliné leur identité. À l’évidence, d’autres prisonniers représentent d’autres États impliqués dans cette guerre contre la République arabe syrienne.
